Adding Mirrors To Your Home Deco
|
I have written extensively about the subject of mirror usage around your home. I have, in many occasions shared about how to place them correctly in the house, where to buy the best and why they are so important to our everyday lives. Today I want to add some few facts to my previous reviews and contributions to this subject.
Below you will read more about how to place these great pieces and change the look of your house on a very tight budget.
First and foremost mirrors are used to check your image and see if you are happy with yourself i.e. to be sure you are dressed for the party.
However, the most widely discussed benefit of using decorative ones is their ability to create an illusion of space in the room – especially to smaller rooms. It is also know to increase natural lighting if properly placed.
There is a large pool from where you can choose your mirrors from. For example, you can go for a wall , oversized, tiny convex, silver, Venetian, metal, handcrafted, wrought iron, antique and inexpensive full length mirrors to name only a few.
So if you have a small room and you can afford to buy some mirrors use them to cover the walls. A draw back to this is their vulnerability to being broken or dirtied by the kids and even some visitors. So to deal with this problem I suggest you get yourself a mirrored tile which comes with a design overlay that is etched on it.
You can also have antique bathroom mirrors on a mantle or add some mirror tile highlight on the wall – here and there.
Do not force matters overdoing things around your house. Just do what you can with the resources you have and live the rest to next time. If you want some ideas on what to do exactly use search engine to find other great resources online
